Passively and anonymously, the site's infrastructure collects basic browsing metrics (such as country of origin) to analyze the website's performance, without using advertising tracking cookies.

2. Purpose of processing

The data provided is used exclusively to manage, classify, and respond to the contact request submitted through the form. The information will not be used for unsolicited marketing lists (spam), nor will it be sold, transferred, or shared with third-party databases.

3. Technology platforms and third parties

To ensure the security, performance, and proper delivery of communications, this website relies on third-party infrastructure. By using the form, you accept that your information may pass through or be stored on the following platforms:

• Security (Cloudflare): To protect the contact form against spam and automated abuse, this site uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Turnstile processes limited technical information, such as IP address and browser and device characteristics, solely to verify that the form is being submitted by a person rather than an automated program. • Processing and hosting: Emails are sent through Resend's transactional email service and stored securely in the data controller's mailboxes, hosted on Zoho Mail. The website runs on Vercel's servers.

Some of these providers may process or store data on servers located outside Colombia, always solely for the purpose described in this notice.

4. Data retention

Personal data is kept only for as long as necessary to handle the request, maintain the history of the professional relationship, or for any additional period required by applicable Colombian legal and accounting regulations.

5. Data subject rights

As the data subject, you have the right to know, update, correct, and request the deletion of your personal data, as well as to revoke your authorization at any time.
